Employee Communications & Culture
The culture of an organisation can be the difference between success and failure. We help companies and charities develop this most vital asset and produce internal communications that engage and inspire employees.
We have advised large FMCG companies on programmes to recruit and retain staff which have won awards and given them distinctive edge over their competitiors.
Marjorie's work for the Institute for Practitioners in Advertising's ethnic diversity programme culminated in the IPA's on-line guide for young people considering a career in advertising with examples of successful people from Afro-Caribbean and Asian backgrounds and their stories. Additionally the project looked at imagery and depiction of ethnic minorities in ads and a seminar coordinated with J.P. James a young black American advertising executive allowed people on both sides of the Atlantic to share their experience.
''Marjorie is a great addition to any management team. She's far brighter than most. She's far more strategic than most. She's far more passionate than most. She's far more connected than most. She's also a lot of fun to be with.''
